Board Facilitation
As an experienced Chair, and skilled facilitators, we work with you to understand the target outcomes for the day plus the wider strategic context and ensure that the meeting plan and style delivers. We’ll learn about your board, both the individual members and collective dynamics, and assess with you how to best gain consensus and common understanding for all attendees. We'll build trust before hand and in the meeting, and ensure evaluation provides valuable insights.
