Exedra Coaching is led by Jocelyn McConnachie and Seraphina Granelli. We have coached high performing teams and individuals in both small and large multinational organisations. Between us, we have over 40 years’ experience in senior roles across a variety of sectors, public and private and not for profit. We have an outcome focused approach, in line with your personal and organizational goals.
We work with a trusted network of associates to deliver client specialist needs. Jocelyn Mcconnachie
Jocelyn is an Executive coach, mentor and trusted challenger and advisor to global, European and UK Boards since 2012. She works with seniors leading complex strategic transformation, high performing individuals taking their next big step and non-executives establishing or building their portfolio career. A highly experienced Board Executive and Non-Executive member, Jocelyn has held Board level roles since 2004 with private organizations and in regulated sectors.

Seraphina Granelli
Seraphina has led strategic change programmes, is passionate about helping people to unlock their potential and has helped many individuals and teams through coaching and mentoring. She has been a senior leader in retail, publishing, operations, marketing and digital with a variety of small businesses and larger global organisations.
