Which coaching is right for me?If you are unsure which coaching is right for you or what’s involved, let's cover this in the 30-minute free conversation. We appreciate these conversations as an opportunity to explore together what your goals are, how we’ll tailor the coaching to your needs and answer any questions you have.

Can individual coaching be tailored to my needs?Yes, there are a range of topics we can cover. If we’re working one-on-one, we’ll tailor the content to meet your needs whether you’re preparing for a new role or addressing the challenges that are utmost for you. Small group coaching is more planned in line with what clients have consistently told us they need. That said, how much time we spend on topics will be tailored to the needs of the group.

Should I pay in advance and are payment plans available?Generally, our private and corporate clients pay in advance for three or six coaching sessions. If you are unsure how many sessions you would need, or you would like a payment plan, please let us know as you can ‘pay as you go’ in advance.

Are sessions held face-to face or online?In line with client needs, we mainly work with individual clients online. If we are located near each other, we can work face to face. If you would like us to work with you in person, and we’re not local to you, we will ask that you please cover reasonable travel costs. We can come to your office or suggest a meeting place nearby. In line with our values, we aim to use not-for-profit venues where possible. For Board meetings, we usually work with you face to face in your offices or at an offsite location. For single day group sessions, we offer these online and face to face.
