Successful Non-Executive Directors or Trustees are high performing individuals and effective team players. The small group coaching course provides you with all you need to apply for a Non-Executive Director or Trustee role plus the valuable experience of working as a team in a mock Board meeting, which will bring governance to life and give you examples to use in your interview. You’ll hear from a guest speaker (a recruiter or experienced Non-Executive or Trustee) ready to share their insights and encourage you, plus you’ll learn from other participants and gain a supportive network. The group coaching course is offered in two formats: online for 2.5 hours per week over six weeks, or in a one-day either online or face-to-face in a location that suits most attendees.
Individual coaching gives you efficient, tailored, one-to-one coaching at a time that suits you, in either a series of online sessions, or a 1-day personal workshop (online or face-to-face). We’ll spend time answering your questions and we’ll focus on what matters most to you, including honing your interview answers, plus tailoring your CV and application. You’ll gain the confidence and knowledge you need to apply for a Non-Executive Director or Trustee role, plus plan your Board career.
