Coaching for newly appointed Executives
For newly appointed Executives, achieving your first senior role is exciting and provides you with new opportunities. We also know there is lots to learn and that having a coach in your corner, who has held multiple Executive leadership and board-level roles in various sectors and organizations, is hugely valuable.
We work alongside newly appointed Executives who seek tailored coaching to support their development. Together we focus on optimising your performance and different leadership styles, understanding and acting on feedback you’ve received, planning your milestones to achieve your deliverables, addressing challenges, building key relationships and preparing for your appraisal. We also work with you on your enabling and limiting self-beliefs (such as imposter syndrome, your confidence or comparing yourself to others) that may be impacting on your performance.
We’ll work with you in the way that suits you best. Some of our clients find regular (monthly) coaching sessions helpful, whilst others prefer coaching before and after key meetings and milestones.
Progressing your Executive Board career
As an Executive, ready to take the next step into a larger role or considering your career direction, we’ll work with you to develop your career plan, and align your ambitions with your values, strengths and opportunities. Together we’ll also assess your self-beliefs, both enabling and limiting (such as imposter syndrome or limiting confidence), that may impact on your leadership performance or shape your career ambitions.
We’ll work with you on optimizing your network to build your profile, enabling your wider learning and topic or sector leadership, building a pipeline to your future roles.

As both a coach and a trusted critical friend with significant experience at Board level, we’ll work with you to understand your goals and options, the people you lead and what you aim to achieve together.
We work with clients who are keen to develop their leadership style to be more influential, impactful and authentic, particularly as they lead an organization through large scale change.

Dates & Cost
At a time, convenient for you during the day, evening, or weekend.
Online £180+VAT per 1 hour session, 3 x 1-hour sessions £499+VAT, 6 x 1-hour sessions £999+VAT. Face to face rates also negotiable depending on the location.
