Achieving a Board level role as a Non-Executive or Trustee is exciting and provides you with new opportunities. We also know there is lots to learn and that having a coach in your corner, who can support you, plus who has been in multiple Boardrooms and importantly has the experience a successful career transition, is valuable.

Coaching for newly appointed Non-Executives

We work alongside newly appointed Non-Executives who seek tailored coaching to support their development in their first year. Together we focus on planning your first-year milestones, optimising your performance in Board meetings, gaining confidence, building key relationships, and handling your appraisal. We also work with you on your enabling and limiting self-beliefs (such as imposter syndrome or confidence in questioning on topics you are less familiar with) that may be impacting on your performance as a board member.

We’ll work with you in the way that suits you best. Some of our clients find regular (monthly) coaching sessions helpful, whilst others prefer coaching sessions before and after key board meetings practical. (Recognising the sensitivity of Board meetings, we comply with non-disclosure agreements and Board requirements).

Optimizing your performance in a Board role

We work alongside Non-Executives and Trustees who seek tailored coaching to improve their performance and impact, whether you’re new in post or an established Director or Trustee. We focus on understanding your ambitions, your performance to date and given Board priorities, where to optimise your development, plus building key relationships, and handling your appraisal.

 

We also consider your self-beliefs, both enabling and limiting (such as imposter syndrome or confidence), that may be impacting on your performance as a non-executive.

 

We’ll work with you in a way that suits you best. Dates & Cost

At a time, convenient for you during the day, evening, or weekend.

 

Online £180+VAT per 1 hour session, 3 x 1-hour sessions £499+VAT, 6 x 1-hour sessions £999+VAT. Face to face rates also negotiable depending on the location.
